RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We apply a 14-day return policy from the date the customer receives the order.

Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your package as proof in case of any issues.

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or charged back once production, preparation, or material sourcing has begun for the order.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was delivered compared to the order

All return requests must be submitted via email to melotiqueofficial@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of receipt, including:

  • Clear photos/videos showing the product condition
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue

We reserve the right to reject any request if the provided information is incomplete or submitted after the stated timeframe.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With original tags, packaging, and all accessories intact
  • Free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • No signs of damage caused by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items under sale, promotion, or clearance
  • Custom-made, personalized, or custom products

Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be approved.

SHIPPING FEES & RESPONSIBILITY
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties (if applicable).
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of suspected fraud or if the product shows signs of use prior to return.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with the above policy or shows signs of abuse of our return policy.
